This license allows a license to sell alcohol to anyone who eats at the restaurant in an hour at 6.00 pm and at 12.00 noon and 8.00 to 6.00 at night.

MEMBERS CLUB This license allows the sale of alcohol in any amount to a member of the Club and their guests only COMBINED license that Attached two together: (a) Combined Hotel and retailers on (b) Combined Hotel and Restaurant (c) Combined restaurant and retailers on TEMPORARY this license allow licensed to sell alcohol in the place mentioned in the license place of entertainment, enjoyment or compilation other for a maximum period of three days, LOCAL Lique Class a Local liquor license this allow licensed brewing local in place mentioned and sell for drinking place of business or out of business segment.
Class B Local Liquor License this allow the brewing of traditional parts mentioned and to sell other parts that have a license to sell liquor local Class C Local Liquor License this allow the brew locally in the place mentioned in the license to sell for a class D or Class E Class D Local liquor license this allowed to sell in the local brew to drink the licenses referred to in the business area Local liquor license Class E this allowed local selling alcohol for off drinks other parts of the business area

1. CONDITIONS OF ACCESS TO LICENSE Any citizen of Tanzania has the right to provide for the licensing of Alcohol provided that he has attained the age of eighteen (18) sane who has ever been diagnosed with a criminal offense and should have an area of business enabling acceptable legal . For someone who is not a citizen of Tanzania should be doing business in permit from the Department of Immigration

2. PROCESS TO GET LICENSE • The applicant fills out the application form provided by the Municipality • Area / building intended to trademark it inspected and Chief Health Officer Mipangomiji, Police, Ward Executive Officer and Chief Business Council and expressed their views on the relevant form • these applications are sent in  the Alcohol licensing District for decision • the applicant who requests it been approved are granted upon payment of the required fee and must have completed the conditions of obtaining a license above.
STANDARDS rates used for the current fees for different types of licenses are as follows: - 1. Retailers On (Pub) - up to 40,000.00 30,000.00 2. Retailers Off (Glossary) - 20,000.00 to 30,000.00 3. Wholesale (Total) - 10,000.00 up 20,000.00 4. Members Club (club members) - up to 20,000.00 10,000.00 5. Restaurant & Retailers On - 30000.00 to 40000.00 6. temporary license (temporary license) - 7,000.00 to 15,000.00 7. Hotel License (License Hotel) - 30000.00 to 40000.00 8 . Retailers Off non-spirituous - 7,000.00 to 15,000.00 9. Retailers on - non-spirituous - 10,000.00 to 15,000.00 Alcohol Authority shall determine the amount of fees between the minimum wage and that of the top. Standards used in the present and those of the Council is the highest rate for each type of license.

3. CONDITIONS OF USE alcohol licenses are many conditions including not to sell alcohol to minors. Another condition is the time to sell alcohol and noise music.
